With its approximately 20 thousand km2 of surface area, it is the largest park in Kenya, as well as one of the oldest (1948), divided into two (Tsavo East and Tsavo West) by the Galana River.
Only a third of this park is open to visitors.
It has the advantage of being visitable in a day starting from the coast.
An unforgettable experience that begins with the first light of dawn and will take you to discover the eastern part of the largest park in all of Kenya.
What will strike you most are the wonderful landscapes that extend along the Galana river, whose banks are populated by hippos and crocodiles.
You will be accompanied into the heart of the park to admire up close gazelles, antelopes, giraffes, zebras, dik dik and the true kings of Tsavo: the "red" elephants, so called due to their characteristic color due to the clay-colored mud.
Only by waiting for the light to fall will you be able to spot the large predators: packs of lionesses with their cubs, leopards and cheetahs during the night hunt.
